Refund / Return Terms and Conditions

Your satisfaction is Arete Beauty Supply store mission. Arete Beauty Supply will not accept returns for any hair / wigs purchased. If you are unsatisfied with any other product purchased, please make sure to contact us through email. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All merchandise returns must be unused and in original packaging.


DETAILS AS BELOW:

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

e-mail us at customerservice@aretebeautysupply.com and let us know your order number. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your items back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund. All items must be returned in its original, factory condition, (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached with the original packaging).

Note: It is highly recommend, shipping your returns via a trackable shipping option, as it can expedite the process.

2. WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?

An approved refund will be issued on unopened returned items within (7) days of the date you received your items.

3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?

Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option, Arete Beauty Supply will not be responsible for lost returns.

4. MAY I RETURN ITEMS TO ARETE BEAUTY SUPPLY WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU?

No, you must contact us prior to sending your return. Please note that refunds for items returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.

5. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed all items. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. Some financial institutions take up to 3 -5 business days to process a refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.

Cancellation & Exchange:

1. We reserve the right to change or cancel your order before your order is shipped out. 

2. After the order is shipped out, you may be charged a $20 handling fee to exchange it or cancel the order.


Reserved Rights Regarding Returns:

We reserve the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

1. Irregular or excessive return history.

2. Irregular or excessive return history involving damaged, or missing items.

3. Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Incorrect items sent to us will be discarded upon receipt.

Excessive Returns: Our Customer Protection Team handles situations in which a customer return history may Indicate fraudulent activity. In these situations, the Customer Protection Team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we will refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject a customer, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all customers across the globe.
